    A robust organisation is financially sound, has a clear strategic vision and can invest in the current and emerging needs of its players, officials and partners. Over the next three years, NEB will deliver on this objective by building its financial resilience, growing its regional profile and implementing effective governance practices to ensure credibility and reliability.

    To be the best, you have to be trained by the best, and able to participate in programs that support the development of strong skills and strategic plays. To give players the best opportunity to progress along an elite pathway, Bushies will build its coaching capacity, diversify its programs and secure access to contemporary training facilities to enable players to achieve their aspirations.

    Proactively drive awareness of the NEB program and its credentials to encourage regional participation

    Bushies is a member-based organisation that is committed to identifying players with strong potential and giving them the opportunity to play at a high-level. To enable NEB to draw from a strong pool of players, it must ensure there is a high level of awareness of what the Club offers, and that it actively encourages participation through working closely with local associations in its catchment.
